When you book for Canterbury Faire we collect personal information from you, including information about your:
- name
- contact information
- billing or purchase information
We collect your personal information in order to:
- allocate event resources you or your group need
- be able to contact you before the event if needed
- comply with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022
- be able to contact trace if needed for COVID control
- manage food allergies and preferences for people on the meal plan
Information will be provided to members of the organising team
Information may be provided to other agencies as required by law (e.g., to assist with COVID tracking).
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter food allergy information, we'll be unable to cater to any food allergies you have.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at cf@sg.lochac.sca.org.
